Plain-language statements about what Zaply does and, more importantly, what it does not do. If anything on the marketing pages appears to contradict this page, this page is correct.

Zaply is not a sportsbook

Zaply is sports intelligence and creator software. It does not offer betting or wagering of any kind, does not publish odds or lines, and does not provide picks against a spread. Nothing in the product should be read as gambling advice.

Proof of Take is a timestamp, not a verdict

Stamping a Take records that specific text existed at a specific time and was signed by a specific wallet. It establishes authorship and timing. It is not evidence that a prediction is correct, well-reasoned or made by an expert. A confidently wrong Take can be stamped exactly as easily as a right one.

Creators choose which Takes to stamp. An onchain record does not imply that a creator's other predictions were stamped, recorded or disclosed.

Signal Score is a Zaply metric

Signal Score is calculated only from Takes that were written on Zaply and resolved on Zaply. For the current version, results are recorded by the Take's author or an administrator rather than by an automated sports-data feed.

It is a reputation metric within this product. It is not an objective measure of expertise, not a credential, and not comparable to work published anywhere else.

AI output has limits

Signal Boards and Creator Studio outputs are generated by a large language model from the material you supply. The model is instructed never to invent statistics, quotes, injuries or transactions, and to state clearly when little source material was provided — but AI output can still be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken. Check anything you intend to publish.

Confidence numbers describe how consistent the available signals are with each other. They are not probabilities, statistical estimates or forecasts in any technical sense.

Token-gated Spaces are access control

A Space owner may require a wallet to hold a minimum balance of a Solana token in order to enter. Zaply reads the balance and opens or refuses the door. That is the entire feature.

Holding such a token does not represent ownership, equity, a security, revenue share, or any financial interest in Zaply or in the community that gates the room. Zaply does not issue, sell, promote or take custody of any token, and makes no claim about any token's value or future utility.

Wallets and funds

Zaply never receives your private key, seed phrase or the ability to move funds. The only transaction it ever asks you to sign is a memo containing a content hash, and you pay only the Solana network fee for it.

Independence

Zaply is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any league, conference, university, team, athlete, broadcaster or media organization. Team and program names appearing in the product are used descriptively to identify subjects of analysis.

Demo content

This deployment ships with seeded sample content so the product can be explored before you create anything. Sample material is labelled and contains no invented statistics and no quotes attributed to real people. Member counts and demo proofs shown on seeded content are illustrative.
