Privacy Policy
This describes what Zaply collects, why, and who else sees it. It reflects how the product is actually built rather than a generic template.
What we collect
- Account details — your email, name and username, handled by our authentication provider.
- Preferences — the sports and topics you choose during onboarding.
- Content you create — questions you ask, material you paste or link, Signal Boards, Takes and Creator Studio outputs.
- Usage counters — how many Zaps, outputs, images and stamps you use each month, so plan limits can be enforced.
- Wallet address — only if you choose to connect one. A public address, never a key.
What we do not collect
- Private keys or seed phrases. Zaply cannot access your wallet or move funds.
- Card numbers. Payments, when enabled, are handled entirely by the payment processor.
- Your browsing outside Zaply.
Who else sees it
Content you submit to a Zap or to Creator Studio is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. When you supply a link, our server fetches that page. Authentication is handled by our identity provider, and payments, when configured, by our payment processor. These providers process data on our behalf in order to run the product.
Anything you publish — a public Take, a creator profile, a Space you post in — is visible to anyone with the link. Content you stamp onchain becomes a permanent public record: the hash and your wallet address are on a public blockchain and cannot be deleted by us or by you.
Retention and control
Content stays until you delete it or close your account. You can edit or delete unstamped Takes at any time. A stamped Take can be deleted from Zaply, but its onchain hash remains on the blockchain permanently — that permanence is the point of the feature.
